Tonight the EDL Leadership has decided that based on the “Generation Jihad” programme screened on bbc2 08/02/10 its clear that the Yorkshire region of the country is heavily populated with Islamic Extremists with the pure intent of non-intergration and with the aim of destroying us, The English Defence League will no longer tolerate this, We shall march through Bradford City Centre on 30/05/10 and highlight this issue as this spineless pathetic joke of a government seem to thing it viable to harbour these murderous scum on our streets and put all of our security at risk, The English Defence League will protest where they want when they want and will not tolerate islamic extremism in our country any more, We once again urge the government to do something about this huge huge issue and address the deterioating situation on the streets of the once Great Britain before the whole situation gets out of hand, We are here, We are going no-where, We will never ever surender! EDL Leadership team.
Statement regarding planned Bolton Demo
After many discussions between the EDL leadership we have decided on 06/02/10 to cancel
our planned Demo in Bolton city centre.
This decision was not take lightly, We outlayed £200.00+ on advertising for this demo, But
we have taken this decision due to the fact there is a Religious hindu festival on the
same day at the same time at the same place to our planned demo.
Due to the respect we have to the peace loving hindu community we felt there was
only one decision at the end of the day.
We strongly beleive the UAF were planning on attacking the hindu festival whilst dressed
in EDL official merchandise in a desperate attempt to falsly accuse us of being racist.
The action we have taken only strengthens our cause that we are against Militant Islam only
and not all “foreigners” like the Left like you to beleive.
We will come to Bolton very soon and there is not one street in the UK we will not go.
We shall never ever surrender our values or culture.
EDL Leadership team.

The “English Defence League” will now be calling for a total ban on the wearing of the Burkha, We view the Burkha as a significant threat to the national security of the UK as
anyone can be wearing it without being identified, British people cannot wear balaclava’s into a bank so muslim women shouldnt be permitted to wear a Burkha either, The same rules should apply to all.
We will continue to protest against the implementation of Sharia Law in the UK and Militant Islamists operating within our shores.
We also call for the immediate halting of all construction on new mosques based on the fact our government has no
idea who is living in this country and 80% of imams running these mosques cannot speak our language, We urge our government to launch an urgent investigation into the source of funding for all new mosques in the UK as we beleive Saudi sponsorship is funding the extreme
wahhabi form of islam which is spreading around the UK,
We shall never surrender!
EDL Leadership Team.
The latest English Defence League (EDL) demonstration against sharia and Islamic extremism is currently taking place in Stoke. This follows their successful campaign against Islam4UK which now, thanks to their unwavering and courageous efforts, is a banned organisation within the United Kingdom.
This banning appears to have been undertaken very reluctantly by the British Government, a Government that tolerated this threat to British security for far too long. Without the pressure from the EDL it might never have happened.
Today, a British Sikh comes to the EDL speaker’s podium. Ethnic minorities are now playing an active an committed part in EDL activities and will hopefully be an integral part of the future EDL leadership. EDL has always reached out to the broad ethnic variety that now comprises modern Britain, despite the smears that have come from the direction of the political establishment and so-called anti fascist organisations. Sikh patriots have now come forward and soon other components of modern Britain will come forward to defend the land against tyranny and oppression.
The English Defence League has demonstrated clearly how it wants to engage with all groups in society in its opposition to the corrosive and divisive issue of sharia. There are many commentators that cry fascist when it comes to the EDL.
The counter jihad movement in Britain that is now operating under the umbrella of the EDL and has made its multicultural credentials clear for all to see. The EDL will be working tirelessly to engage with other groups from a variety of ethnic backgrounds from across England and beyond. The EDL is in the process of uniting a new England comprising of people who originate from across the world.
The values of this new Englishness are a pride in being English and embracing the best of English culture, being patriotic and loyal to the country and demonstrating a willingness to come together with others to demonstrate brotherhood and unity. England has always been a haven for people who want to be English, whatever their ethnic background, but it has never been a haven for tyranny and despotic systems. The country has a long and proud history of standing up to oppression of which sharia is the latest manifestation.
On the football field, it does not matter what country a player’s family originates in. That family came to England for a reason and that reason is freedom. People migrate to England to embrace liberty and realise their ambitions to be all that they can be. On the football field in international competition all that matters is pride in being English and the will to win.
The World Cup in 2010 will demonstrate a new Englishness, a pride in nation and a sense of belonging to a changed yet familiar culture, a culture enhanced by migrants seeking freedom from all parts of the former British Empire and elsewhere.
The powers that be want the English to be in a disunited state so that they can impose their will on them. The EDL are now the definitive unifying force in modern England and their sister organisations provide an equivalent force in all of Britain.
The British people will not be divided by those in power but will come together in unity and create a culture that opposes the tyranny of sharia whatever their family origin or ancestral background. They are united in their Britishness, their Englishness, their Scottishness, their Welshness and their Irishness. The British Isles are becoming the archetype of the unity that will bring people together in the counter jihad cause from all parts of the world and from all positions in society.
The EDL is a unifying force in Britain, and hysterical allegations to the contrary should be regarded as false. They should be regarded as allegations from a debased and devalued political establishment that wants to cling to power at all costs. The new England will rejoice when such people are out of office and when others who reflect modern Britain have taken their place.
A standoff between Whitehall and Britain’s largest Muslim group ended last night when the government lifted the suspension of formal relations with the Muslim Council of Britain.
John Denham, the communities secretary, said the MCB would now be able to contribute to an “ongoing dialogue” with the government, after giving categorical assurances of its opposition to antisemitism and other forms of racism.
The government broke off relations last year after the MCB’s deputy general secretary, Dr Daud Abdullah, signed a declaration in Istanbul drawn up at the Global Anti-Aggression conference. This called for a jihad in response to the Israeli assault on Gaza and endorsed a call by Hamas for attacks on foreign troops, including possibly British troops, if they tried to intercept arms smuggled into Gaza.
Hazel Blears, the communities secretary at the time, called for the removal of Abdullah from the MCB when she announced the suspension in March. Blears wrote to the MCB saying Abdullah should be asked to resign for signing a statement that supported Hamas and celebrated its “victory” against “this malicious Jewish Zionist war over Gaza”.
Abdullah said last year he would not be standing down.
“I did not and do not condone calls for attacks on British troops,” he said. “The British government has not deployed troops to the territorial waters of Gaza and I do not believe it or our parliament would endorse any breach of international law. Any discussions about what should or would happen is hypothetical and I cannot speculate.”
Denham said the government had decided to end the suspension after the MCB gave assurances that it would examine its internal processes to ensure there would be no repeat of its involvement in the Istanbul declaration.
Denham’s department said: “The MCB has stated its categorical opposition to attacks on British defence interests and confirmed its unwavering support for British troops across the world. It has also made clear that it stands firmly against antisemitism and other forms of racism.
“The significance of these actions on the part of the MCB has led to the government lifting the suspension of its formal relationship with that organisation. The MCB will now contribute to ongoing dialogue with government as one among a wide range of Muslim organisations. We will closely monitor how the internal processes progress over the coming months.”
But the government admitted that Abdullah had declined to disavow the Istanbul declaration.
“The MCB … have made clear to us that Daud Abdullah signed the statement in question in a personal capacity.
“We still have concerns about the uncertainty of Daud Abdullah’s personal position on this issue. Until he is able to provide the clarification that we have always been seeking we will not be engaging with him.”
Denham ended the suspension after Dr Muhammad Abdul Bari, the MCB’s secretary general, wrote to Denham yesterday to say that the protocols for office holders at international conferences would be addressed.
A spokesman said: “The MCB restated its longstanding commitment to work with all faith communities, and to speak out against all forms of racism and antisemitism. It also affirmed its deeply held belief that speaking out against the actions of Israel does not mean supporting attacks on Jewish communities around the world. The Muslim Council of Britain also outlined unwavering support for British troops. If there is any objection to be had, it would be directed to the leaders who send them in harm’s way.”
